Welcome to Assessment, Awards and Records, The University of the West Indies, Global Campus. This Department is a Unit of the Office of the Campus Registrar and is responsible for the conduct of examinations and publication of results, management of student records, issuing of transcripts and certificates and organizing of the annual Graduation Ceremony.
All face-to-face mid-semester and final examinations, at the undergraduate and graduate levels, are administered by the Department.
The Calendar for Examinations is prepared and posted on the Student Portal at the start of each academic year. The Calendar gives a schedule of examination-related activities and should be used as a reference by both staff and students.
All undergraduate examinations are governed by the Board for Undergraduate Studies’ Assessment Regulations for First Degrees, Associate Degrees, Undergraduate Diplomas and Undergraduate Certificates and should become an integral part of each student’s life along with the associated GPA and Plagiarism Regulations.
