COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course allows participants to study the human resource factors that impact organizational effectiveness. Issues such as planning, staffing, training and development are examined for their effect on employee performance. Additionally, the effect of compensation packages and other employee benefits on employee productivity and morale will also be addressed.
OBJECTIVE
The aim of this intensive twelve-week course is to provide participants with an understanding of the theories and practice of human resource management. Participants will acquire the skills needed for managing people in the workplace and helping employees to perform more efficiently and effectively.
