Antigua State College: franchising of more level II courses
Community College of the Cayman Islands: articulation or matriculation for Social Science programmes
Jamaica Institute of Management: possible offering of BSc Management Studies
St Joseph's Teachers' College, Jamaica: to franchise a BEd in Primary Education
Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, St Lucia: articulation for Associate Degree holders
University College of Belize: articulation in Marine Studies and Social Work
