Hi Students, welcome again to the UWIOC. I am Erica Robinson and I am from the beautiful island of Jamaica. I am a Course Quality Assistant (CQA) located at the Mona Campus in Kingston. As a CQA, my main responsibilities are to work closely with both students and facilitators to ensure that the interactions and engagements taking place on the Learning Exchange-the online classroom are of the standard and quality outlined in the UWI Open Campus Student Charter. I really love my job and I desire to see both students and facilitators thrive and excel in the online learning environment.
I am aware that there is much diversity among our adult learners and work hard to ensure that your needs are met and that your are satisfied with your choice of studying at the UWI Open Campus. On a personal level, I like listening to music, reading and watching films and I am a firm believer in motivating and inspiring persons to give of their best at all times.
