Good Day
On the 16 of August I registered for my three courses where I used the payment gateway to pay my fees as well as to apply for the payment plan. However, after paying and receiving the confirmation email that payment was successful 48 hours later it is saying on my student poral ( HOLD, OUTSTANDING BALANCE XCD TEMP HOLD). I would like to know what is the cause of this or is this just a procedure that always happens. Hence, XCD is the currency of the site that I am under but my credit card is in USD and I did the exchange rate based on the schedule of fees given.
