I would choose to be the smartest person in the room. choosing to be the smartest person in the room puts me at an advantage because I can solve problems and also help others.

I would rather be the funniest in the room.

This will allow me to promote a fun environment and set a mood of collaboration. This also allows me to develop a rapport with the other persons in the room, win followers and be able to sway or influence decision making.

Besides being the funniest person in the room does not preclude me from being a smart person. I will settle for being one of the smart people in the room, I do not need to be the smartest.

I would rather be the funniest person in the room by far. Being funny does not equate to your level of intelligence. You can be both smart & funny. However, its a great way to express oneself despite the situation or task at hand. For me, I try to find the silver lining in any situation & a good laugh tends to relieve a great amount of tension in most scenarios. Laughter is like a reset button to me therefore its definitely funniest person for me!

If I have to choose between the two I would rather be the smartest person in the room. I can still be funny whilst being the smartest but I don't need to be the funniest.
Also, I believe that being the smartest person will provide me with much greater opportunities in life. It is also something that I will have to work harder to attain, hence, I will feel a sense of pride and accomplishment knowing that I am the smartest person in the room.

I'd rather be smart, as it will give me an advantage point. I would work smarter and not harder. I will b able to help out my fellow classmate. I will know when to rest and when to work.

I'd choose to be the funniest. Teach people not to take life too seriously and you always need someone on the team to remind people to take a break and not get too stressed.

I would rather be the funniest person. In life people take to many things for granted, and having a little fun while studying really helps with the stress and anxieties of school life.

I would rather be the funniest person in the room as I am personally a light hearted individual who enjoys a good laugh at times. I believe being able to lighten the atmosphere in any room I step in is a great skill and comes in handy when necessary.

I believe a little laughter can help create an atmosphere that is not so tense in the classroom - because we know that some topics may be a bit difficult to comprehend than most- it alleviates stress, reduces negative chatter and make the lesson even more memorable. In my experience in the classroom, a little joke helps to incorporate other students who are not participating, it also creates room for creative thinking and these factors lads to the completion of majority if not all of the tasks assigned by any lecturer.

I would prefer to be the smartest as i would be better able to achieve my my goals and also be able to contribute to society in a meaning ful way.

i would prefer to be the smartest because i believe that knowledge and information is one of the most powerful tools you can have in this life. the more we learn the easier things become for us. but a good laugh every now and then feeds the soul!

Funniest vs Smartest
Being smart doesn't mean you can't be funny. Smartness is not limited to being "book smart". I personally enjoy being both the smartest and the funniest in the room. However, at times being the smartest comes with people having a certain expectations from you and that may at times feel like a burden.

Prefer to be the Smartest.

Being the smartest in the room isn't inherently a good thing. likewise, being the funniest does not guarantee a good standing among peers. Thinking outside of the box, depending on the room one is expected to be present in, may dictate your choice. A judge is not expected to be the funniest in a court room, in like manner a comedian is not expected to be the smartest in a room full of other comedians.

The ideal for me is to be both smart and funny. However, if I have to choose it would be being the smartest. I would be able to take whatever knowledge is gained and apply when and where necessary.

I would choose to be the smartest person as I would be better able to gather and retain knowledge and help others by sharing it.

If you are convinced that you are the smartest in the room, automatic headache and I don't care to listen to a know it all. Likewise I wouldn't want to be a drain on people because of my ego so I would rather be funny. Leave a light atmosphere with the people I encounter.

I would choose to be the smartest in the room, simply because I love sharing with others... being the smartest will enable me to have a more excellent pool to share from.
