Which do you value more? Why?

Definitely learning just because sometimes grades don't always equate to a true understanding of a topic as people can prepare for an exam by regurgitating facts.

I value actual learning more than grades. you can get good grades but having the practical skills and theories to go hand in hand are better in every day life.

I value actual learning over grades because I can get 100/100 for a test and not remember one thing after but I believe once I have an understanding of what I am learning I can carry that with me wherever I go.

I would also value actual learning over grades as just because you can regurgitate something doesn't mean that you have gained anything meaningful from a course that you can apply to your job or real world interactions

By investing the time to learn new things, we broaden our horizons and acquire knowledge that we may use to affect positive social change and other life-affirming activities.

Good grades do not necessarily mean you are learning as people can regurgitate information so i would prefer actual learning.

Grades vs. Actual Learning
Even though having the highest grade may seem like a major accomplishment, actually learning and learning concepts that can be used in the world is an even more major accomplishment. Many persons can cram notes into their head for exams or stress about missing deadlines on assignments because there is so much pressure on them from their family, friends or even self-inflicted. This limits a student from actually grasping what is being taught. When you take the time to understand and reflect what it is that you ought to be learning, that would benefit you presently and cause you to produce good grades and also in the long run where you can apply it to real life situations. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing you can apply what you learn.

I value learning over grades as learning is never ending, it enables us to grow intellectually, acquire knowledge and well needed skills to contribute one way or another to society.

Grades vs Actual Learning
I personally believe that grades and learning goes and in hand. After being taught the material we are normally tested to see how much we have actually learnt and absorbed and we are given back a numeric score. While I do value grades I think that learning should be valued more because in a real life setting we aren't handed back a numeric score sheet. In real life we have to apply all the knowledge we have learnt in order to solve problems, in order to perform to the best of our abilities at work and also to get ahead in life. So Learning is more valuable than receiving a grade.

Anybody can acquire grades. Grades are just a formal marker for others to see the level of expertise a person should have.

Actually learning takes more effort than following instructions copy and paste. There is no creative ways of learning or execution only creative ways of acquiring more by doing less. Some may prefer this and good luck to you.

At the end of the day, your ability to produce is on the line and copy/paste won't help you. Have fun with that grade though

Hello!
I will most certainly choose the learning over the grades , many times this information is edged in our minds longer than even the memory of what grade you received on a particular course. In reality, an individual would have learnt and fully understand the concept however the pressures of exam have them getting a lower grade than they expected; this does not mean that they did not learn; they, would still have the knowledge and they will be able to apply this knowledge in there work environment.

I’ve been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before. easypooltutor
