The course highlights the importance of the founding entrepreneur and her/his drive that leads to the growth of the new concept, as well as the importance of the creative and visionary staff who makes it happen. The role of open and honest communication, transparency and commitment, combined with mutual professional respect is central to the course. Issues of cultural effect and gender factors will also be included in the examination of Caribbean capabilities to facilitate team building. The course provides major information regarding the success of the new entrepreneurial undertaking.
