In Operations Planning and Control, students will be introduced to the requirements, design and functioning of operating systems in the production of goods and services. This course will illustrate to students the types of control necessary, as well as the quantitative techniques available, to ensure maximum productivity, quality, efficiency and profitability of such systems.
