PUBLIC EVENT (Face to Face)
WAND UWI Open Campus and The Frenetic Arts present "The Healing Room: A Night of Poetry Sharing" on Friday November 26, 2021 at 7 pm AST.
The event is in this year's recognition of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Children (#IDEVAW 2021) and the 16 Days of Activism.
Poetry/Spoken Word will cover the following themes:
• Sharing experiences - Addressing and recognizing incidents of trauma and it's impact.
• Wounded erotic - reclaiming desire, eroticism and sexuality after trauma
• Speaking a safer world into being - Challenging ourselves to see and speak the world we want to live in.
