STEP 1 Select Courses
Login to your Portal and Select your Courses for the Semester!
A temporary restriction will be applied to the Learning Exchange until fees have been settled.

STEP 2 Select Payment Options and Generate Fee Assessment
Choose your preferred method of payment: either online via the Payment Gateway or at the bank. State if you are funded by a scholarship and if you are applying for a Payment Plan.

STEP 3 Settle Fees/Apply for Payment Plan
Update your payment methods if required and settle fees via the Payment Gateway.

STEP 4 Upload All Relevant Documents
Update scholarship letters and/or GATE applications by January 31, 2026
