The Friday Focus- Research Forum is a signature academic engagement series hosted by the Office of the Deputy Principal. As a research-intensive university with a long-standing commitment to the creation, advancement, and application of knowledge in service of regional and global development, The UWI Global Campus is intentionally cultivating a vibrant and inclusive research culture that encourages inquiry, collaboration, and innovation across disciplines and professional roles.
Held on designated Fridays throughout the academic year, the Forum is open to academic and professional staff, undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, practitioners, alumni, and external partners, all of whom are invited to contribute to a dynamic research community.
Call for Presenters
Presentations may include completed research, work in progress, case studies, applied projects, or thought-provoking conceptual discussions.
Individuals interested in presenting at an upcoming Friday Focus- Research Forum are invited to submit a proposal via the Call for Presenters Form.
Selected presenters will be featured during scheduled Forum sessions and will receive support throughout the planning and promotion process.
