In June 2022, we hosted the 2nd Virtual CPE Ceremony. A total of 11 students were awarded tokens for obtaining the highest score in their respective CPE course and one student received the award for his outstanding performance by obtaining the highest grade overall.

Workshop: Risk Management Workshop:
Designed for Directors, Senior Management, Compliance and Risk Owners within a Financial Institution and covers understanding risk and risk management. The risk management strategy for the Governance and Senior Management and its impact on Goals and KPIs. Risk identification techniques. Risk analysis by drivers, assessment tools and risk responses. Making the case for ERM and how the various roles within the FI integrate in an ERM environment.
Workshop: Customer Risk Ratings and Responses Workshop:
Designed for Financial Institutions and those responsible for Compliance at all levels, with the prerequisite level one understanding of AML/CFT 101 obligations. The workshop covers the customer risk rating and its components and how it fits within the FI. The types of customer risk ratings – whether automated or manual or a combination. Assurance and Controls. Monitoring and predicting customer behaviour based on risk ratings and responding to and decisioning the customer relationship, based on risk rating.
Workshop: Preventing, Deterring and Detecting Fraud for Financial Institutions:
Workshop is designed for those in Governance, Senior Management, Compliance and Assurance roles and addresses, understanding the prevalence of illegal acts and fraud within FIs. The fraud triangle and the three elements for fraud to exist. The role of Governance, Risk Management and Internal Controls in the context of fraud and Fraud prevention, deterrence and detection techniques. Your role in Compliance and Fraud relat3ed responsibilities in protecting the FI from Regulatory violations.
